Download the Torrento Connect companion for Docker, Linux, or macOS to pair your Android app and reach qBittorrent, Transmission, and Deluge remotely without opening them to the public internet.
Run the official Torrento Connect image on Docker, Unraid, TrueNAS, or another homelab host. Best when your qBittorrent, Transmission, or Deluge setup already lives in containers or on a NAS.
docker pull torrentoapp/torrento-connect:latestAfter the container starts, open the companion Web UI, pair it from Torrento Android > Connect, then add and test your qBittorrent, Transmission, or Deluge clients before importing them into the app.
The Linux installer starts with a user-level setup and only asks for admin access if you choose the always-on system service. That keeps the normal server install simple while still covering seedboxes and shared machines cleanly.
curl -fsSL https://torrento.app/install-connect.sh | shAfter install, open the companion dashboard at http://localhost:46901 on the server itself, or http://<server-ip>:46901from another device on the same LAN. Then pair it from Torrento Android > Connect, add and test your qBittorrent, Transmission, or Deluge clients on the companion side, and tap Add to Torrento in the app.
No browser available on the server? The same setup now works fully over SSH with torrento-connect pair, torrento-connect client add, and torrento-connect client probe.
The default user install also gets companion updates in the dashboard. Use Check Now and Update Now there for in-place updates. If you chose the system service path, keep using the installer command for updates instead.
Want an always-on system service instead? Use curl -fsSL https://torrento.app/install-connect.sh | sh -s -- --system. The script will prompt for your password only when it starts writing system files.
A native companion for your Windows home PC. It is planned to ship with a simple installer, system tray controls, and an Update Now action when public packaging is ready.
Native Apple Silicon and Intel companion for Torrento Connect, with menu bar controls, direct pairing, client management, and update awareness built in.
Download the DMG, move Torrento Connect into Applications, launch it, pair from Torrento Android, then add your qBittorrent, Transmission, or Deluge clients from the native macOS shell or the companion dashboard.
If macOS blocks the very first launch, open the app once from Applications with right-click > Open, or allow it from System Settings > Privacy & Security. After that, launches and in-app updates behave normally.
Use the pricing page for the free, one-time, and subscription split, the release notes page for the current companion version, and the troubleshooting guide if a host or client setup needs extra work.
